"-The Keeper of the Moon-"
She held the moon in
her hands,
The fragile, glowing
moon.
She held the moon in
her hands,
And sang its mystic
tune.
She held the moon in
her hands,
Prepared it for its
flight.
She held the moon in
her hands,
Bade it rise into the
night.
She held the moon in
her hands,
When it came down at
day.
She held the moon in
her hands,
The moon, pale and gray.

That's so beautiful! Great job! I write poetry too!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jessica! :) And that's really cool! Poetry is so satisfying to write, isn't it?
DeleteAntiphonal poetry! You should write a two-voices poem. Like "Grassjumper".
ReplyDeleteYou write so wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteMy heart rejoiced after reading this.
You write so wonderfully.
Thank you!! That's probably one of the most encouraging/flattering comments I could receive, especially coming from someone who's blog and writing I have admired for ages! :)
